This works great, but I had to purchase a second one. The first one developed a leak, I kid you not, just two weeks after the warranty period expired. UPDATE: Well, the 2nd one I purchased quit working, but this time it was 5 months after the warranty expired, so I guess that's an improvement?? At this point, I can't recommend this unit and it is to bad as it really did a nice job when it was working but they seem to not be able to last. Other than that, it makes great hot water and is very easy to install. Replacing the bad one took about 90 seconds, as I didn't even need to swap out the handle, just the tank, and it was exactly the same as the first one.

Very practical

Automatic hot water has changed our life. No more boiling water or microwave water

Excellent Instant hot to replace my 20 year old Insinkerator instant hot! Yes it lasted 20 years so i would buy No other brand of instant hot!

Have had one in every house. Am very happy to add it to my current home.
