I had purchased a large Hestan roaster for holiday prep and fell in love with it - craftsmanship and ease of cleanup were amazing. Warning - it is a heavy piece of cookware, but so well crafted. Was so impressed, decided to try their skillets and am equally pleased. I'll purchase the larger skillet soon and eventually will add more of their pots and pans. And, these work great on my induction cooktop. So glad I discovered their products.
