[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I found the lightweight and different geometry of the commercial skillet to be less pleasant to use. On an induction cooktop the heating is less even than residential ProBond. The skillet is “Ok” but not great for the price. Not a pan I would reach for if given a choice. The older residential ProBond line is still my favorite.
