[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan has elegant craftsmanship and we like how evenly the heat distribution is. Good pace heating up. Feels good in the hand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The easiest skillets to use and clean. Just make sure they are up to heat, and you are cooking at the right temperature, and these beautiful skillets do the best job meat, eggs, I even used it for polenta. Cleans very easy once brought back to a reasonable temperature.
