[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with this stainless steel cookware- it has a heavy bottom, even heat, the lips are great for pouring without spilling, and flush rivets are fantastic (no food gunk around the rivets). However, I used an unbleached parchment paper at 400degreesF and it seems to have stained the pan.

The handles that do not heat up are an added bonus, as is the stainless steel cleaner. Clean up is pretty easy using just baking soda if needed, but the Hestan cleaner works super easy and is great for really tough messes.
