Worth the money! My go to spatula now, esp use for frying eggs and flipping beef burgers which I make on cast iron

this is the perfect size and weight. . . managed delicate lemon sole as well as hardy salmon

The design fits perfectly in my hand. I was able to flip my wild caught sockeye salmon, which was cooked in my Heston skillet, with ease. It slid effortlessly under the fish allowing me to flip it over without the fish breaking apart. I definitely recommend.
