I bought this sheet pan because it was the perfect size for my focccia recipe. The bread was the best I had ever made and was delicious. However, next time I need to use more oil in pan bottom or be less hasty to cut it while warm because the bottom stuck to pan. Was ok to remove several hours later.

Will never warp, trust me. It’s like using a solid metal pan. I’m a new fan of Hestan products. This is something I could hand down for generations.
