Very sturdy and solid. Does not warp at high heat. Best sheet pan!

This is potentially the finest baking sheet ever created! Heavy stainless steel, no chemical nonstick coating, rounded corners for easy cleaning, rolled handles for firm gripping...what's not to like? It is truly a work of art...shiny steel, truly gorgeous. It was packaged exquisitely, with care and thoughtfulness. The only downside is that it will require a bit more care to maintain it's beautiful luster...no steel wool for this sheet...but I think it will be worth the extra effort. It is definitely more expensive than a baking sheet from a discount store, but this will last a lifetime and beyond. When I unpackaged it, my husband said, "This is an heirloom." I quite agree! Needless to say, I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. It was everything I expected and more!

I haven't used the pan yet but it seems very well made. The size is perfect and I will be ordering more pieces made by this company.
