[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the ideal sheet pan. It’s sturdy as well as beautiful and conducts heat perfectly even. The rack is just as sturdy and works great in our oven on the air fryer setting for just about everything. It cleans up easily keeping it looking like a work of art. This was our first Hestan purchase but won’t be the last. It’s a little pricey but definitely worth it.
