[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of this item is far better than I ever thought. The flat edge is perfect for the pan and my new most used kitchen utensil.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a commonsense person, and well, some things just make common sense. When you are sauteing, a traditional spoon only rides across the bottom of the pan in that one tiny spot on a curved spoon. With the sauté spoon, you can use the flat edge to grab the sauce evenly across the bottom of the pan taking less time to pull from the hottest part of the pan and pulling into the sauce to mix evenly. To me. . . it makes sense, and I have enjoyed using it, especially when making alfredo sauce.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am rebuilding my kitchen tools and this caught my eye for its versatility. It has been great for sauté food with the sharp edge then serving with the spoon. Also it is beautiful with incredible weight but still easy to handle for small hands. This is my first Hestan cooking tool and plan on getting more!
