Tonight I seared (2) pcs of salmon skin side down along with a piece of halibut. Exceptional browning and crispy skin. So far so good. Although, I’ did have trouble Cleaning the pan afterwards and couldn’t completely remove some fon on the pan.

You buy this because it has a fully sealed rim and is ACTUALLY dishwasher safe. 5/5
