Best pan I’ve owned

I love my Nanobond 3.5qt essential pan; it cooks like a dream. That said, I think even this size pan would’ve benefited from a helper handle. Hopefully, I’ll get used to it, but I’ve found pouring contents for serving is more difficult than a 4qt saucepan due to the extra width of this pan.

The essential pan is beautiful, but knowing it is stainless steel it has its limitations with what you cook. For example, if you are stir frying without much oil, food WILL stick. Also, food will still stick to the sidewalls of the pan because it’s impossible to maintain an oil layer on the vertical sides. To maintain its finish you also need to do maintenance with vinegar or the cleaner (the cleaner is magic), so don’t expect polished look each time. All in all, I love the pan, but realistically speaking it is not perfect.
