I was using my Dutch Oven to brown hamburger and was so amazed how the heat transferred all the way up the sides. I can't wait to make a roast in the oven with it.

Wonderful as all my Nano pans are! Nice size and I like the rounded bottom. You will never be sorry you spent the money on these pans. They are well worth it!
