Beautiful pan! Works as good as it looks!

This saucier pan is marvelous, exactly what you'd hope for. The shape makes it easy to keep things stirring, the sensitivity keeps your sauces from overheating or cooling, if you pay attention. Extremely nice to work with and beautiful to boot. What more could you ask for?
