Great faucet! Superior customer service after the line of our first one had a defect. A new faucet was shipped out within 2 days! Amazing Wayfair as always!

Smooth lines as expected.

Very poor performance for the high price, touch feature very finicky not shutting on/off , spray head doesn't work , had service tech ( very good) change out flow rate restricters and send away for new spray heads with better results. No one tells you of these issues when you buy it and they are very expensive replacement parts. I couldn't imagine having to pay to replace very expensive parts after 3 yr warranty .You would not expect to have issues is just over 30 months. I would NOT recommend to install this Grohe faucet to anyone!!

Super cute, totally easy to install and I'm happy I selected this faucet.

Had this new faucet installed two days ago. Can't tell you what a huge letdown it was to discover how it really operates. The touch feature is too sensitive- turns on when you don't want it to. The fact that you have to crawl under the sink to adjust the water temperature for the touch flow is more than inconvenient. It's really poorly designed. I have already taken out the battery so no more aggravating touch issues to deal with. Grohe should have had a users group evaluate this design before bringing it to market. We have always loved our Grohe fixtures but this one is just terrible.
