I Love it! The Global knives are great! The sharpener worked well on non global knives as well.

This chef nice with sharpener set is great quality. It’s not too heavy and is very sharp. I have not had to use sharpener yet but the fact that I have it means I can use this knife for a long times. I have used it on many things and it’s a breeze cutting anything including meat. Overall I’m very happy with this knife .

Both the chef knife and the sharpener were Very well packaged. I like how the sharpener has a cover so you can’t get hurt. As to the chef knife, I like the weight. As an arthritic person, the weight of a knife and the shape of the handle are very important. This knife has comfort in both areas. As for cutting the meat, the knife cut through the lamb like it was butter . I’m very impressed by this knife and plan to use it frequently. Enjoy

Okay the knife alive is an easy 5 stars. It is well balanced lightweight and super duper sharp. Feels great in the hand abs truly might be one of the best knives I've purchased in a decade. The sharpener was pretty cheap feeling and does not seem like it will be durable over time.

Sharp! I think what I like best about this set is the weight of the knife. Not too heavy, not light. Easy to control with a grip handle. It cleans up easy, and the sharpener is amazing. Following instructions to wet the stones before using. Best sharpener Ive owned. There is no hesitation in recommending this one.
