I've been using 'bad' knives my whole life. Once I decided to invest in my cutlery, it's been a total game changer when I am prepping. Cutting with a good knife changes everything. I did a lot of research on knives and I settled on the Global brand. They look attractive and are a reasonable price point. They are very high quality.
