I've been trying to get this product for 5 months. Back ordered everywhere. Wayfair finally came through.

The capacity is much larger than my previous unit. Controls require a learning curve but are easy to use. Love the sleek look and that I'm able to see through the glass in the door to avoid over cooking. You can't go wrong with GE products. I recommend this product. Great value for the price.

We bought this microwave as a replacement unit. It goes well with our existing kitchen appliances. We saw reviews commenting on the dial knob. I find it easy to use and no problem. The only change I would make is the clock is a bright white and the clock on the stove is green. They are Bluetooth synced, so it would be nice for them to be the same color.

Purchased in December 2020. Easy enough to install. Didn't love the dial setting time in 15-second increments, but able to get used to that. A month ago, display panel stopped working, but would reset if we unplugged the unit and let it sit for a few minutes. Two weeks later, entire unit stopped functioning entirely. Standard amount of use in the house, so we expected the microwave to last significantly longer than 4 years. Very disappointed :(

Just had my new microwave that I purchased from Swift Appliance installed. swift appliance men removed and installed my new one in 35 minutes. They reviewed the operation with us and we love it.

We had to purchase another one of this to replace a 2020 model that only lasted 5 years due to a faulty magnetron. It was an expensive repair so we decided to purchase a new microwave. We opted to purchase the same one due to the cabinet configuration and tile backsplash. This newer version is extremely loud when compared to our older one. Hopefully this one last more than five years.
