So far, so good. I've only had this washer and dryer for 2 1/2 weeks, but I have done several loads of laundry, including a very heavy queen size comforter, and have had no problems. Neither the washer nor dryer is too loud. The water level seems to be sufficient for most loads, although I have been using liquid softener, so I have used the deep fill several times. I have connected it to my WiFi, but have not looked for the extra cycles yet. It does tell me, on my phone, when the laundry is almost done, and when it is complete. The only criticism I can offer at this time is that the beep levels (although they are linked to high sound) are not very loud. The other negative is that when I choose a particular cycle and try to adjust the options, such as wash temp, soil level, spin selection, I am not allowed to choose some of the options I want; I guess some cycles are set as a default cycle and extra choices are limited. But, all in all, I love, the color, the different cycles and settings and the dryer dries much more quickly than my old dryer. I read hundreds of reviews of all the different manufacturers before I purchased this set. I also read the negative reviews of this set, but, so far, so good!

We bought this dryer about 4 months ago and the bearings were making so much noise the company had to come out and replace multiple bearings in the dryer. Now we have to decide if we are going to spend hundreds of dollars for an extended warranty or just buy a different brand when this one breaks. All appliances should come with a 10 year warranty. Companies would make a better product if they did that.

One month in, I have to say this is the worst dryer I have every owned. The suction device to remove lint is so weak that after every drying I have to force the nozzle of my vacuum cleaner down inside where the lint filter is inserted to vacuum anything like a seed or crumb...the lint catcher itself is miniature and barely captures any lint at all, even from a new set of flannel sheets. Stay away unless you want this added headache.

This dryer has an unbelievable capacity and the performance is excellent. I love the Profile Products from GE!!

It is making noise when it is running. I did not expect this. It's a brand new machine. It started making noise in the first cycle itself.
