This is a great fridge. We replaced an older model because there are a lot of good features. I love the new door-in-door to grab milk or a couple of door items! Very clever and feels energy efficient. The wide drawer is now separate from the main fridge which is good. More space. The water pitcher built into the door is an interesting idea, but we just take out the pitcher to use it; otherwise you’re just wasting energy either way the door open. The backlight is pretty cool looking! Soft close veggie drawers are very nice. We are happy with it!

Fitment of doors not worth the price of this equipment. Left door binds when trying to close and is damaging the seal. The right door has that peek-a-boo door which prevent the main door from opening. No owners manual included, only a website.

Product arrived damaged. Freezer door had dings upon arrival. Left door was repaired once for it catching and there is still an issue. Soft close door feature was broken on arrival. These issues should not be present on a brand new refrigerator that costs as much as this one,

We've had GE appliances for decades but the last two refrigerators we've had may make me swear off the brand for good. The one we had prior to our current model ran almost constantly and was very loud. So we got our current one. It works fine in keeping things cold/frozen. Our issue is the autofill for the water pitcher. First of all, it takes FOREVER to refill. Yes, we've checked to make sure the line is not kinked or twisted. The biggest issue however, is that it doesn't shut off properly perhaps one out of every ten refills. Either it doesn't fill very full, or it doesn't shut off and overflows. You had better not walk away from it or you might end up with a puddle on the floor. So you have to stand there for several minutes waiting for it to fill but also to make sure it shuts off. And yes, we know about shutting the door gently so the float in the pitcher doesn't get lodged.
