Really like the refrigerator. Only issue is with removing drawers. Seems like a bad design. I am not able to remove the ice tray drawer. Seems like the little tab is frozen or broken. Have to call service. Just seems like a bad design. Other than that, we like the refirgerator.

The ice maker is a bit slow to make ice and if you need a lot of freezer space this design may not be for you. We are using the convertible side for fridge space since we have an additional freezer. Runs quiet which is important. We like the water jug dispenser and hope it holds up after substantial use. A nice refrigerator and happy with our purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the configuration is great, the ice maker leaves something out. The size of the tray is nice but it spills ice into the drawer below. This should not happen. Also since there are just 2 of us in the house and do not use a great deal of ice....the ice in the drawer has mostly frozen into a solid block twice now and would look to be an ongoing problem. The only solution is to remove the drawer and defrost in the sink and start over.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I specifically bought a counter-depth, four-door fridge with no ice maker in the door, so my options were pretty limited. My only annoyance is the ice storage design—ice cubes frequently slip over the back and end up in the drawer below instead of where they’re supposed to collect. I’ve gotten used to it and just store certain items in that drawer accordingly. Otherwise, I absolutely love this fridge. There’s ample storage in the doors, and I haven’t found any “wasted” or unusable space yet—unlike my last fridge, which had a door shelf I never touched. The back lighting makes it easy to see everything, and the half-door access for milk and similar items is just fabulously designed.

I love the look of this refrigerator and the capacity of the fridge and freezer sections. It's also counter depth which in my small kitchen is a big plus. I'm very pleased overall with my purchase. My only concern at the moment is that the refrigerator section is running a bit colder than where I have set the temperature. Not freezing things, just doesn't need to be that cold, approx 30 degrees when it's set at 37 degrees. I thought it might be because it was pretty empty at first, but now that I've filled it a reasonable amount it's still running colder than necessary. I will be keeping my eye on this.
