I love this counter depth refrigerator. We received it a few weeks later than originally scheduled, but it was better than not getting it at all. Thanks goodness for Wayfair! I couldn’t order it anywhere without waiting over 5 to 6 months. The inside drawer within the freezer drawer had a small piece broken. But I was able to send a video to the tech and the part was ordered and received. I love the fact that you don’t see fingerprints. I went from a side by side to the French door and it is so much easier to find what we are looking for and organization is a breeze with all the door shelves.

Works well and I love the matte color. Its not as black as I would have liked it to be and the front just put more than one can appreciate in the pictures. All in all its still a pretty decent refrigerator.

Now that we have the refrigerator in and installed, we are happy, but it was a journey. First, the delivery service seemed to have lost our order although we had confirmations from them. Wayfair was very helpful and one of their representatives literally spent hours on hold to get our order back on track. But, that was not the end of the saga. There was a problem with the installation of the water line and the delivery people would not install it as the Wayfair sales person promised. To their credit, Wayfair owned up to this also and paid the plumbing charge we were forced to incur. Finally, it turned out that the appliance needed 3/8 inch more clearance than the dimensions that are on the website. The doors are higher than their hinges, but that information was not disclosed. So the refrigerator could not be put in the proper place and cabinets would not open. Once again, Wayfair took responsibility and reimbursed us for the cost of the carpentry work to fix this situation. As for the product itself, it looks great and is working well. We had prior GE Profile refrigerators and this one has a different configuration. We are learning how to take advantage of its different storage options. Besides looking nicer, this new appliance seems to cool better. Our old fridge would freeze some items in the top section and we have not had that problem with this new one. So it is a 5 star product. While there were too many side issues, we give Wayfair credit for taking responsibility and working to make things right.
