I'm giving this a two star only because of the glass top and not being able to return it. The range top shows this white area after use and is very unattractive. Of course I would not know that until I used it. I called to see about a replacement and was told, once they have installed it there would be no way to switch it out.

We like everything about it except it's tricky to clean the top, even using the recommended cleaner. Our last glass top electric was tricky to clean, too, but I was hoping this more expensive model would be different. It works great though.
