Poor. We like the look of it and it is the same base model as the previous one we bought 5 years ago. This new one, however, has an intermittent problem where the fan turns on for no reason and the light doesn't always turn on when you open the door. It appears to be a connection problem with the door. If I press up on the door slightly when the fan is running for no reason, the fan turns off. We now have a service call in on a microwave that is only two weeks old. Does anyone quality control the product before it leaves the factory? What a hassle for the customer.

Bought this to replace a similar model that is no longer made. Pretty much the same microwave from the controls aspect; as well as, the same size. Issues: The mounting screws are in different locations than the discontinued model. The plug is 1/2 inch off the previous model location as well. The mounting bar is also different so you can’t use the previous bar. Now I have a bunch of holes in the cabinet above to accommodate the additional holes required. Needs to be a better method for hole placement than a larger piece of paper pattern. Should have been a no brainer to leave them the same. Irritating to say the lease.

I have had two of these microwaves and they both abruptly stopped working correctly after about 2 to 3 years old, with normal household use. I eventually bought the second microwave because the repair tech was struggling to figure out how to repair the original so it was best to replace the whole unit. Both of them intermittently lose power and shut down while cooking. Also making weird sounds that are concerning for safety when not opperating.

This is the second one we have owned. The light is too dim, and their seems to be no way to put in a brighter bulb.

Lots of room to cook casseroles or small chicken . Controls buttons arranged nicely. Some take a little more exact pressing on the switch. Installation was easy. Had to change the old microwave hardwire to a receptacle style for the new microwave.
