CONS: Does not meet expectations for the price paid. The door handle feels cheap, like it could break very easily. Air fry function does not have a preheat option and only goes to 400 degrees. Food does not brown easily with the heating element hidden. Convection option appears to not reach temperature and stay there. Vent does not pull with a lot of force. We have used most of the different controls so far. Since it is better equipped than our previous microwave, it takes a little getting used to. The air fryer function has allowed us to eliminate one of our countertop appliances and is my husband’s favorite functions. I am looking forward to using the defrost function in the near future. Even though it was a little more expensive than I would’ve liked, I’m glad we decided to buy this model!

Overall I'm happy with the product. The only thing I'm not 100% satisfied with is the Air Fryer function. In using this function I have noticed it takes much longer than a regular air fryer & doesn't crisp food as well.
