This fit perfectly in our 30” base cabinet with just a little modification. It’s large enough to handle most dishes. This saved us 200 over a traditional built in.

The Microwave itself works fine; however, the trim kit was re-engineered to fit a wider opening than prior versions of the same model requiring the sides of the cabinet face opening to be shaved down 1/4” on each side in order for the trim kit to sit flush. In addition, the prior versions attached directly to the microwave where the trim kit now needs to be screwed into the cabinets face. Both of these changes to the trim kit were unnecessary and a step backwards in terms of intelligent design.

The digital display is dying after only 3 years of normal home usage. This is unacceptable for a high-end appliance. Now I either need to replace it or purchase a new control board. Pulling the power cord out for several minutes didn't work (per one tip on the internet). It also hasn't been heating evenly. No more GE appliances for me.

very low noise, good improvement from previous model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All of my Appliances I have ordered are still in there original boxes waiting for our Contractors to complete their work, so drywall and flooring can be installed! But I'm pretty confident that from my current appliances from GE , that they will be just as reliable, durable and long lasting!
