Fits perfect in my Franke Farm sink! No worries about it getting scratched now.

I wish I purchased this when I purchased my Franke fireclay sink. With this, I don't worry about the pots potentially scratching the white sink. The product is actually really nicer looking than the picture. And the finish of this grid is brush nickel!

The coating on the grid melted onto my expensive cookware because I put a pan down after straight water. The bare metal is now exposed and my pan looks horrible with the melted plastic on it. While it protects the sink from scratches, how can you expect consumers to not put a pan down in the sink while prepping? I've found I need to let pans cool for at least 10 minutes before placing them in the sink, which is a huge inconvenience and just doesn't seem reasonable. This day and age, there are high temp coatings that could be used to make the grid more kitchen/cooking friendly. Pros: protects from scratches Cons: Coating is not high temp, makes working in kitchen a pain.
