The best... thats why i bought them... used for service at Binions Stekhouse in Las Vegas!

Stay away! These are two months old and one came out of my dishwasher utensil tray like this. "Wayfair doesn't provide refunds on used items," according to their customer service department. They said there's nothing they can do about my dishwasher breaking a knife (hehe). I'm out of luck and will be buying my a second set of steak knives in 3 months!
