Three stars since it matches the set of flatware; however, the blades are only a little sharper than the table knife.

I purchased the full set and love that Fortessa Bistro has pieces to complete like the steak knives, espresso or iced tea spoons. Very well weighted set.

Too much like the serrated table knife. Not really a steak knife at all . And at the price I may return them.

Best flatware EVER! Gorgeous and the weight is so nice. Boyfriend loves them

Theyre a nice weight, beautifully crafted, nice and sharp with small serrations.
