Love this pressure cooker, it wort the money I paid. I wish I bought it sooner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not really new to pressure cooking (I’ve been using my Instant Pot), but I have avoided traditional stovetop models like this. After using the Fissler Vitaquick to make Birria, I totally regret not trying it sooner! My grandparents and parents have been using a Fissler since the 1980s. I’ve witnessed a couple of user errors firsthand that sent food exploding all over the kitchen and ceiling, which made me reluctant to even learn how to use it. However, when the opportunity came to me through Influenster, I couldn’t let it slip by. Right out of the box, the pressure cooker feels incredibly solid and well-built. The stainless steel construction is heavy and premium. The safety features are very thoughtful. I think this will last my entire lifetime and possibly be passed down to my kids. Using it for birria was a game-changer! The meat came out tender and the consommé was flavorful. I feel like this gave me more control than my Instant Pot. Cleanup was easy and straightforward. Overall, this has completely won me over to stovetop pressure cooking. Very happy with this!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We used the pressure cooker to make butter chicken. There is def a learning curve to using this pressure cooker. The cookbook had a section explaining the cooker, much better than the actual manual. Easy to open and close and I felt safe using it.
