This is a must have for a kitchen. While pricey, it will last a long time. There will be no worries of water getting in the handles like the cheaper two piece whisks most of us currently have.

I think what I like the most about this whisk is the handle is very sturdy and fits in your hand quite nicely. My daughter and I tonight made mac & cheese and the whisk flawlessly mixed the cheese sauce perfectly! I think one of the things I was most surprised about was how easy it was to clean. Even the sticky cheese sauce came off without any issue. 

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love the Profi Collection 11" whisk. I would've never thought a whisk would make such a difference in the kitchen. To start, the Fissler Profi Collection whisk is absolutely gorgeous.  The quality of the stainless steel is unbeatable. Love the hanging eyelet that can actually be used, as the handle is more flat vs your traditional whisk that has a round handle. No more throwing in the drawer or cabinet and ending up with bent tool. My whisk will remain in perfect condition! The biggest difference I've noticed is my batters are much more smooth. The handle makes all the difference in the world. Its flat shape provides way more comfort than normal, allowing you to mix longer, without your hand getting worn out and sore. The handle sits nicely in your palm and only requires a light grip to get the job done. My batter has never looked or baked this good before. Cleanup is also a breeze as the whisk is dishwasher safe. It's been ran through the dishwasher 8 times so far and still looks brand new. I can tell this whisk will last a very long time. I will be upgrading other kitchen gadgets to the Fissler brand after seeing what a game changer the whisk is. Highly recommend!!!
