This gives me a firm steady grip on my meats during cutting and helps me get the clean cut that I want so that food looks good during presentation. I love the simplicity of the design and how it feels very ergonomic in my hand when I use it, this is a very, good fork and I’ll be looking to this brand for other carving essentials.
