[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great nonstick pan! I used it today to steam some dumplings (note: the lid in my photo is not included) and it worked perfectly! Heated evenly, cooked thoroughly, and was super easy to wash, since nothing stuck! Make sure you follow the heating instructions and don’t put the pan on high.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pan is so gorgeous and versatile. First impression- the color is so beautiful, almost resembling a starry sky. It also has some weight to it, so it feels that it is made of good quality materials. I actually used this as a mini wok to make bison stir fry with Konjac (plant based) noodles and it came out amazing! I used this on my ceramic cooktop and there was no burning or sticking to the pan at all (pictures attached). The bottom part is made of thicker metal which reduces hot spots/uneven heating and warping- however, this is best used at medium heat and either way, it does not take much time to heat up. This pan also does not need much oil, as the ceramic coating prevents sticking to the pan. This pan is great for veggies, eggs, noodles, steaks, you name it. It is also very easy to clean. This will be one of my favorite cooking pans from now on!
