This Italian mezzaluna rocks back and forth on its curved blade to chop herbs, garlic, and vegetables in quick, even strokes. The wood handle carries an antique-inspired look and is food safe, ready to go straight from the box. Hand wash after each use, keep it away from the dishwasher, and condition the handle now and then with a food-safe board wax to keep it from cracking.
