Our pot rack is crooked due to a flaw in the way it was constructed. By the time we realized what the problem was, it was already mounted to the wall in two places. We used a level so the back of the rack as it touches the wall is level. But because it wasn't constructed properly, we had to torque it in order to attach the left hand bracket at the top, thus the front of the rack is not level. Once we put on the wire shelf and hung the pots, it didn't show as much. We are renters (both former home owners since 1985 with tons of experience hanging things) and we will be leaving it behind when we move so we decided it was really just fine as is. Maybe we should have contacted you about it to get a new one or a refund or something but we decided it's OK as is. Oh, also, the package was missing the wall bracket anchors so we had to go to the hardware store to buy those. Overall, not a great experience.

Beautiful. Easy to install (about 20 min with help). Looks expensive.
