The size is exactly what I wanted. It's very lightweight, but still heats pretty effectively. This is not Demeyere's top-of-the-line ware.

I like the size and the fact that the mussels can be served right from the pot and the lid used for shells.

Im not totally sold on the lid style I think I would prefer it to be more flat. The pan itself is absolutely great. I wish you had more styles of these pans. It is such a high quality pan.
