Love, love my new skillet and dutch oven. I could tell that the heat was evenly distributed. So easy to clean. Would highly recommend.

Rivets, there are no rivets inside this pan so clean up is a dream. The pan also has a pouring edge for no-mess cooking. It can be used on all cooking surfaces including induction, oven and broiler safe up to 600F. Wait, its also dishwasher safe.

I love this set! Two pieces are extremely useful in the kitchen. You could do soups, stews, bread in the Dutch oven to searing off meats in the frying pan. They are a great quality and cleaning is easy compared to other stainless steel pans on the market.

The fry pan is 7 layers of aluminum that go all the way to the edge. You can fry as effeciently on the sides as the bottom of the pan. It gets unbelievably hot due to the perfect thickness designed for optimal frying temperature. All of the handles are welded so no rivets to transfer heat or gather food particles and become a cleaning issue. The lid on the sauce pan is two layers with an air pocket inbetween to insulate and keep it cool. Perfect for any surface including induction and it can go in the oven up to 500 degrees.
