I love my new sauce pan! I really took the time to study on-line the different sauce pans. I did not go cheap but I can tell by the way it is made and how easy to clean it is, this will last me and probably go to my kids! I especially love that you can drain with this!

We've had the pan for a few weeks so far and love it! We use it on our gas stove and it disperses heat well. The cover fits great and the measuring lines inside the pan are a helpful surprise. Washes well in the dishwasher, though handwashing is also best for pans. It also looks great! We plan on purchasing more Chantal 21 Steel pans in the future.
