I normally utilize small loaf pans, but purchased this one and made a perfect zucchini, blueberry loaf. Going back for a second pan. Very pleased with my purchase.

I didn't put a drop of butter or oil and didn't use a parchment sling and when I inverted my loaf it came out with such ease!! This never happens with my other pans so this is such a game changer!
