I’ve only been using this pan for a short time, but I’ve been genuinely impressed so far. The first thing I tested was eggs because, in my opinion, that’s the ultimate test of a pan. They cooked beautifully and slid right around the surface with very little butter, and cleanup was incredibly easy afterward.
