I got the navy blue and it’s really nice!

I absolutely love our braiser, it’s beautiful and truly heavy-duty. That said, I underestimated the size when ordering, so it was a bit smaller than I expected (totally my oversight). Even so, it doesn’t take away from how versatile and well-made this pot is.

I look forward to using this for my mother. Make her special recipes in it.highly recommend it. Just wish Steph with this.golden.hour coupon would have worked.

Just used it to sear and then braise short ribs and was very pleased! The clean-up is fairly easy as well - soak with hot water and soap about 10 minutes, then scrub lightly with sponge and all residue was removed. Love that I can cook acidic foods in the cast iron. Thank you Caraway for creating non-toxic, functional and aesthetically pleasing cookware!
