I have heard so much about these ceramic nonstick griddles and decided to try as my teflon one is worn out. I am SO disappointed! Everything sticks, and there is no sliding around on the griddle like you see in ads. I thought caphalon would be great but it is not. I kept thinking it would get better but it hasn't and now is too late to retun.
