The machine was fairly simple to set up and use for the first time. I did wash the inserts and the coffee pot before using it. It’s lightweight and doesn’t take up too much counter space. LOVE that it has an app that allows you to brew remotely and even schedule auto brewing. As long as you’ve got the coffee grinds and water in the machine, it will brew the desired amount and strength at whatever time you set. My whole household is obsessed with it!

The gold setting is amazing and creates a very smooth cup of coffee. Very excited to continue using this as the weather gets cooler and snuggle up with a nice hot cup of coffee! The temperature and flavor couldn’t be better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fancy coffee maker and I really enjoy using it! There are so many ways to get your perfect cup of coffee. For instance, you can control the strength and temperature. You can control how many cups you want to make. I love the strength feature because it hasthe gold standard option for your best cup of coffee. Or have it light or bold depending on your preference. You can use the mesh filter or a paper filter. One of the features I really love is the water filter, because I have to have all of my water filtered, and this takes care of that problem for me. I also enjoy that it is made to do ice drinks as well and that has turned out well.. You can also control it from your phone. I like to make my coffee at all different times and I’m such a manual person that I prefer to just do it that way, but the options there for you if you want. Works great in the morning when you’re in a rush.. I highly recommend this product and I don’t think you will be disappointed in it. It is a premium product as far as coffee makers go..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this coffee machine. I liked the stainless steel carafe and the overall look of this machine. I also liked the ability to adjust the coffee temperature. Unfortunately, the design has some serious flaws that ultimately ruined it for me. After brewing, a pot of coffee, I noticed that a small amount of water remains in the water holding tank’s reservoir. Because of this standing water, it has caused mold and bacteria to form inside the machine. The stainless steel carafe also needs to be thoroughly washed and dried after every use. Even more concerning, the area where the coffee grounds are placed stays damp for days after brewing even when the machine hasn’t been used. A coffee maker should be designed so the parts that regularly come into contact with water can drain and clean easily. Unfortunately, this isn’t the case with this machine and it has some features I generally liked, but the constant trapped moisture and difficulty keeping everything completely dry made it very hard for me to recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the Brew Over Ice feature to brew one cup. I’ve attached a 30 second video so you can see the steps and the noise level of the machine while it’s brewing. To brew over ice: 1) Press the strength button, then turn the wheel to ICE. 2) click the wheel, then turn to select the number of cups. 3) Add ice. Click the wheel again to brew. It took roughly 1 minute to brew one cup of coffee. The build quality of the machine feels good, and the carafe is double walled so it is cool to the touch even when it’s filled with piping hot coffee. The machine is quiet while it’s brewing and it quietly chimes three times when it’s done. A couple of things I wish were different: 1) the water reservoir is not removable, making it hard to clean because you need to pick up the whole machine. 2) I was hoping for a smaller machine because it only does drip coffee. It’s not heavy, but it’s bulky enough to take up a decent amount of space on the counter, and makes for more frustrating experience when cleaning the water reservoir. I cannot speak on longevity of the machine or its quality of materials in the long term, but for now, it works quickly and is quiet!
