I am tremendously disappointed that you don’t even offer a user manual with the product. I have to specifically request one. That is the height of cheapness. This is supposed to be a high-end appliance. How am I supposed to know how to get the best use out of it without a user manual? Also, There is an artifact on the front glass that is extremely noticeable. This is the second microwave that I’ve gotten that has this problem. It looks like a long scratch in the front of the glass on the inside. Given the cost of this particular microwave, I am not at all impressed by this design. If it were not for the fact that I don’t want to go through any more difficulty, I would select a different product entirely.

It is a good choice if you already own other Café Modern Glass appliances. The Scan-to-Cook and Chef Connect are cited as really useful, at least for me, its glass exterior and steam-clean enamel interior make it easier to clean.

Great performance.. It's a little larger than we expected, but fits our space. Our only issue is that the time doesn't appear consistently on the front of the microwave. Strange!
