HUGE disappointment! 1 month and 8 days after being purchased, this coffee maker stopped working. We descaled it several times, but it did not work. Now, it is not eligible for return because we have had it for more than 30 days.

we love this coffee maker! it bruised a bold cup of coffee and it keeps it hot. the ease of pressing your phone in the morning to start your coffee pot feels luxurious. the Bluetooth option is phenomenal
