This is so much lighter than using a heavy Dutch oven and my bread turns out perfect

I baked at the same time and temp as my Dutch oven and the loaf turned out beautifully!

I use cast iron loaf pans and Dutch ovens. I used this dome with a pizza steel and my loaf was the tallest I've ever had and had the best ear I've ever had. The only negative is that I can only make one loaf at a time due to its size. Round loaf on top left was made with the dome. It browned nicely too.
