[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a terrible refrigerator!! Do not buy it. The inside is cheap, flimsy. Deli drawer is small and doesn't pull out very far. Door doesn't stay shut. Ice maker broke within the first 2 months ( this happened to my friend too with the same refrigerator), still waiting for it to be fixed Everything about it SCREAMS 'cheap' Stay away!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel this refrigerator is excellent quality. I wish the doors with the 90 degree stop would allow for cleaning and removing the interior drawers. Additionally, the French doors of the refrigerator often don't close and have to be pushed closed on the right door. The left door does not have a great seal.

Happy with a fridge ice production is really fast and ice is supper hard crushed ice deliveres very quickly. I like visibility and order of items inside. Water tastes really good to me my husband does not like it so much. I would have few complains but dont know if to address it here or if its just my view. The warranty for fridge was very expensive normaly I would purchased it. I would like someone at least evaluate if fridge works fajn. Still could not connect to home app.

We bought the counter-depth french door refrigerator in late 2021. The ice maker stops making ice for no reason. Sometimes turning off the power reboots it, but sometimes we have to unplug it and let it sit for 10 minutes. We are on the 4th ice maker changeout, and are currently awaiting a part that froze and broke. It takes several weeks to get on the schedule. We have purchased an extended warranty for this issue and probably need to do so forever. DO NOT BUY THE ICE MAKER MODEL - IT IS A LEMON.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a new counter depth fridge after 10 year old Frigidaire developed too many problems. This new Bosch is amazingly quiet and has met all expectations. Love that the water is chilled and ice maker is very efficient. Plenty of room inside all compartments. The bottom freezer drawer is a soft close and has sliding shelf. The surface is nearly fingerprintless. The fridge doors have lots of space. The only thing that I would like to change is that the doors do not automatically close. You have to make sure they close all the way.
