[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3 stars for functionality, 5 stars for cleaning performance. This dishwasher does an amazing job at cleaning our dishes. So for that I highly recommend. However, it does have a few frustrating "features". The racks are difficult to use for a number of reasons. In the two months I've been using my machine, I still don't know the best way to load it. The top rack is OK (not great) but the bottom rack is bad. You can't put anything in the front half of the rack between the tines because everytime you push the rack in the dishes fall towards the back. I love having the flex tray at the top but the handle design is terrible and it is always coming loose. And on all the racks the tines that you can lay down never want to stay in place. The control panel has bright LED lights but the icons aren't lit up, which means at night when you want to use the machine you can't see the buttons because you're blinded by bright white light bars. Lastly, I put the machine online, which was handy for setting up washing cycles, but the other day it mysteriously disconnected from my phone and now I can't get the machine back online again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this machine is quiet and efficent. runs a full load almost everyday with multiple loads on holidays. the 3 rack system is easy to adjust to fit the dirty dishes. the bottom filter is easy access and not difficult to clean,would buy again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine has been cleaning all of the dishes spotless. With the Home App, there are a lot of options to choose from in order to customize the cleaning program for the type of dishes, the size of the load, and the various materials of the dishes. The three racks can be individually configured and adjusted to best fit the load. Finally, the machine runs so quietly, I have wondered at times whether or not it is on.

Even after scrubbing dishes before they went in, they rarely came out as clean as I would expect them to. I have tested this bad boy in every way possible. We haven't rinsed a dish in almost a month! The only thing it has not 100% destroyed was burnt on chili, instapot, and all it left behind was a TINY black spot. Every dish comes out sparkling. My mom always said there were "no little guys scrubbing dishes inside the dishwasher"....she never owned a Bosch!
