Honestly not impressed at all. Feels so cheaply made. I have zero confidence it will last 3 years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I should've read ALL reviews before buying this DW. The cutlery basket is way too small, just give us a LARGE basket. Not everyone wants or uses a 3rd rack as it's not very useful only a few things will fit there. Tines on bottom rack are all over the place & every which way, makes no sense when loading, very time consuming. Put them straight up I spend more wasted time trying to figure out how to load dishes. Tines are very flimsy, fold down rows don't hold up well & flop over. placement of tines needs to be refigured. difficult to load larger items: pots & pans, sheet pans, bowls and either have to wash others by hand or do 2nd load. yes, it cleans well but takes more time to organize a load

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a Bosch 800 series from 10 years ago that we really liked, so when it failed we decided to get another Bosch. This unit looks/feels/performs very similar to our old unit. The cleaning ability is just as good. There are new features like focused cleaning in a specific area we haven't tried yet. It's even quieter at 38db compared to our old unit at 42db. BUT there's one feature that's markedly worse than our old model: the time delay feature. We set our dishwasher to turn on around midnight so more dishes/cups/etc can be added to the dishwasher before the cycle automatically starts after everyone has gone to bed. With our old Bosch you could set the delay start directly on the machine to start a cycle at a future time. With this new unit there's no longer a delay button on the actual machine. You need to do it from your phone using the Home Connect app. There's a "Smart Start" feature that let's you set up a window of time where a wash cycle will start (e.g. 12am for us), which I thought would be the new and improved "Delay cycle" feature that we could use for every cycle when we press the "Start/Resume" button on the machine. But the extremely frustrating thing is Smart Start essentially resets after every cycle and you need to re-enable it *from within the Home Connect app*. Basically you can't do a delay cycle start from the dishwasher directly, you *have to* pull out your phone, open the Home Connect app, and tap the option to enable "Smart Start" THEN press Start/Resume on the unit or in the app. This is extremely unfriendly for users, forcing users to set the delay/Smart Start every day (which we basically did with our old unit, so not a deal breaker) BUT on top of that there are no physical buttons on the unit to set the delay/Smart Start requiring you to do it from your phone in the Home Connect app. - Another really frustrating thing apparently for safety reasons: after pressing Start/Resume and the dishwasher is scheduled to start via Smart Start at a future time, whenever you open the dishwasher for more than 4 seconds to place more items in etc. the unit basically goes into standby mode, so you need to press the "Start/Resume" button again before closing the unit. Bosch really needs to fix this issue. Could probably be a software update, but looking at reviews online seems like people have been complaining since 2024 without any resolutions. Not hopeful...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The benchmark is the top of line. The light inside is such an added luxury. We live in an area with hard water so having the built in water softener has also changed how clean our glassware and dishes get.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The top rack for cultery is awesome. The solid racks are great. Everything is adjustable and it's great. If you use dishwasher pods, they fall into a little basket so they can dissolve entirely. That's great. Really super quiet when running, sometimes you need to double check. Then it projects the remaining time onto the ground so the front can be sleek without the need for an app to check how much time is left! Super smart!
