Unit worked for 3 weeks before oven just stopped working. No heat on top or bottom

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Based on my satisfaction with Bosch dishwashers, I was hopeful about my Bosch dual-fuel range. However, one burner- the high output front left burner, sometimes goes out after being lit briefly. Bigger issues with my even temperature control. Two years in, the oven stopped working, and needed a replacement of the oven control unit. Since that time, if I try to use Convection Mode, the control panel goes out, and I have to reset the range by turning the breaker off for 30 seconds. And now, in order to achieve a desired baking temperature, I have to set the temp. control about 50° above what I want, and watch an internal thermometer to check on its progress. Not happy, and thinking about replacing it rather than sinking more money into it.

This is our second range in the past 6 months. The experience was the same both times. The middle burner won’t light and the entire display flashes and the time starts blinking. After that the bake and convection bake settings no longer work on the oven. This model is a lemon. Look around on the internet. Lots of folks are having the same issue.

Our unit was delivered 3/1/21. It worked great for the first week! All downhill from there. Into the second week of ownership, the burners slowly started losing power. As of right now, you can't have more than one burner on at a time or they both go out. The unit can barely cook a piece of chicken– it can't boil water. Then to top things off– today (3/10/21) the oven decides it doesn't want to get hot. We set the oven to 400º, came back 20 minutes later and it's cold to the touch. We trusted Bosch based on their brand reliability but this one definitely misses the mark.
