It takes up too much space and i have to pull out the bottom rack to insert the utensils...would be better in the door. The upper rack is not configured well. If you put glasses in the outer section, it does not allow small plates to fit in the tines. Overall configuration is not good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a white dishwasher, and this was the only Bosch model my supplier carried, so I’ll admit I was initially disappointed. I had hoped for a third rack for utensils, and this model doesn’t include that feature. That said, I am absolutely delighted with its performance. The cycle that automatically adjusts based on how dirty the dishes are is a phenomenal feature. I haven’t had a single dish come out anything less than pristine. This Bosch dishwasher has exceeded my expectations in every way. It truly can’t be beat.
